Each breathwork meditation will be uniquely created, each with a specific theme, to take you on a deep inner journey, going further than you have ever gone before into the depths of your own mind and body. There will be lots of movement incorporated into the breathwork and every opportunity to experience powerful releases and ascension of energy while being in the energy of a group of people.
