This is a powerful combination of a few rounds of breathwork followed by a meditation withthe intention of falling more in love with yourself.
Daily Dose
This is a great breathwork meditation to use as a daily practice. You will use 3 powerfulbreathwork techniques including rhythmic, diaphragmic, breathing, breath retention (holdingyour breath on the exhale and reaching states of intermittent hypoxia), and pelvic floor lock.
Rest and Digest
This breathwork meditation is designed to do right before going to bed at night when you havethe biggest access to your subconscious mind.
Ceremony
This full breathwork ceremony includes 4 rounds of rhythmic breathing. It is not designed touse every day, but 2-3 times a week max when you can perform the full ceremony, as it isincredibly powerful.
