Rest and Digest

This breathwork meditation is designed to do right before going to bed at night when you have the biggest access to your subconscious mind. You will do a slow 4 to 8 rhythmic breathing that will trigger your parasympathetic nervous system, causing you to move into an optimal state of relaxation to program your subconscious mind for everything you want to create in your life,while then slowly drifting off to sleep. You can use this every night, or during the day when wanted to reach deep states of relaxation.
